Makawao Elementary School would like to send a big Mahalo to Tri Isle Inc. for coming to the rescue in our time of need. Makawao School ordered 300 - 50lb bags of wood chips to be used as ground covering under the playground equipment and we had no way of getting it to Makawao without incurring additional charges.

Tri Isle Inc. answered the call and came to the rescue. Tri Isle picked up the woodchips, delivered it to Makawao School and off loaded the bags into our storage shed.

As we approach the beginning of a new school year, Makawao School would like to thank you for helping make Makawao School a success this past year. You are true Makawao School RAMS. Really Awesome Makawao Supporter.

I just wanted to let you know that you have a super employee, named Lynn, that helped me with a problem with our ocean carrier. I was not having any luck with them. Knowing I was frustrated, she calmly helped me through the process, and I so appreciated her help. I know it is har to get good help in these times, as we own a business here on the mainland. She was definitley a pleasant voice to hear on the other end! I think you have some good people at Tri Isle! I had several converstations with Max regarding the delivery of our sofa. Even though I had emailed the ocean carrier, their people on Maui would not take the time or effort to look at the email that their Oahu office had forwarded to them. It was a nightmare...but Max was able to talk to his friend at the Ocean Carrier office and obtain the necessary verification to obtain our sofa so he could deliver it. I can't tell you how long he spent in lines to get our sofa. He stayed on the phone with me until he could talk to "their people"! Even arranging for delivery at our contractors office meant many phone calls and patience on his part. I wish I could thank him in person! He was great!!!!! He really went beyond the norm, and we so appreciated his efforts! I was to busy before we left Maui that I didn't get this email sent. Please let him know how much we truly appreciate his work ethic. I saw your trucks so many times while on Maui, and wondered if that particular driver was Max! We were there for your storm...but we were working anyway!!!
